The Trust & Care based Coaching and Mentoring School is a 5-month intensive journey that develops both who you are and what you can do as a coach, facilitator, or leader.
This school is built on five foundations:
- 1. Trust as Infrastructure Not just a nice feeling—the actual foundation that enables autonomy, innovation, and sustainable performance. We develop all five trust pillars: Personal Credibility, Relational Trust, Organizational Trust, Systemic Trust, and Adaptive Trust.
- 2. Individual + Relational + Collective Foundational coaching focuses on the individual. We add the work at three interconnected levels simultaneously, recognizing that you develop within relationships and systems, not separate from them.
- 3. Progress taking over from Resilience Gen Z asks: “Are organizations even needed?” Our answer: Yes—when they enable trust, care, autonomy, and collective intelligence. We coach for building new paradigms and recognising the changes in old ones.
- 4. Artistic Integration Coaching with art accesses different ways of knowing, revealing the story of becoming that’s already present within you.
- 5. ICF & EMCC Aligned Professional excellence grounded in international standards, while extending beyond traditional models to meet the needs of tomorrow’s leaders.
