Announcing: Trust & Care based Coaching School

What if coaching wasn’t just about asking powerful questions—but about building the trust infrastructure that makes autonomy possible?

We’re launching something different in January 2026.

The Trust & Care based Coaching and Mentoring School is a 5-month intensive journey that develops both who you are and what you can do as a coach, facilitator, or leader.

This school is built on five foundations:

  1. 1. Trust as Infrastructure Not just a nice feeling—the actual foundation that enables autonomy, innovation, and sustainable performance. We develop all five trust pillars: Personal Credibility, Relational Trust, Organizational Trust, Systemic Trust, and Adaptive Trust.
  2. 2. Individual + Relational + Collective Foundational coaching focuses on the individual. We add the work at three interconnected levels simultaneously, recognizing that you develop within relationships and systems, not separate from them.
  3. 3. Progress taking over from Resilience Gen Z asks: “Are organizations even needed?” Our answer: Yes—when they enable trust, care, autonomy, and collective intelligence. We coach for building new paradigms and recognising the changes in old ones.
  4. 4. Artistic Integration Coaching with art accesses different ways of knowing, revealing the story of becoming that’s already present within you.
  5. 5. ICF & EMCC Aligned Professional excellence grounded in international standards, while extending beyond traditional models to meet the needs of tomorrow’s leaders.
