The Seven Stages of Collective Maturity:
Most group facilitators rush through stages 1-2, spend all their time in stage 3, and wonder why nothing transformational happens.
The magic is in stage 4—the unconscious expansion.
This is where collective intelligence emerges. Where the group accesses wisdom that wasn’t available to any individual. Where 1+1 actually does equal 3.
But you cannot rush this stage. You cannot control it. You can only create conditions for it and trust the process.

- – 7 online workshops, each lasting 2 days (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. GMT+2), and a final two-day module dedicated to the exam.
- – May 1-2 – Offsite Retreat (cost for the retreat program is covered, travel and accommodation is supplementary)
